Dr. Wiebke Klingemann


Curriculum Vitae

Wiebke Klingemann completed her doctoral studies in IISM's Service Marketing Research Group in 2019 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ju-Young Kim (now at the Goethe University in Frankfurt). Her thesis is entitled “Sales Effects of Undiscounted Surprise Goods." After obtaining her doctoral degree Wiebke Klingemann spent a short time as a post-doctoral researcher in the Marketing & Sales research group before leaving academia to pursue a career in consulting.
